For night shift I guess its around 800

Any idea about weekend allowance?

For Morning and afternoon shift it comes under shift B and pay is 200.

For evening and night shifts it comes under shift c and pay depends on level to level. You can check with your manager regarding shift allowance.

Morning shift allowance will be given if your shift starts from 6:00am to 3pm only(ie Shift A=200rs/day) Evening shift is from 2:00pm~ to 11:00pm~ ie Shift B = 200/day . Night is only considered only if you have stay up longer than 3hours after 10:00 pm so if your shift end somewhere around 1:00am/2:00am… in the morning only then you are eligible for night shift ie 500rs/day these timings can vary depending on the manager if your manager is chill then you can even take morning shift allowance with only working in normal 9~6 shift or work in evening shift and claim night shift , depends on how your supervisor is. Or else thats how it works, i have changed two projects and both were support project so pretty sure this is how it works.

I think the shift allowance amount should be increased; it has remained the same for many years.
