Trending @Accenture; Shall I switch with this offer?

Currently working as a Team Lead(lvl 9) and Current CTC is 15(fixed)+4(variable) which amounts to Total 19 LPA. The offered salary for the switch is 19.5(fixed)+3.5(variable), Total-23 LPA.
