Trending @Accenture; Shall I leave Accenture?
Guys, I have got offer from TCS in Feb and I used this at Infosys to get good PKG and I got the one 50% raise on current CTC at Accenture.
Accenture Management promise me they will promote me in coming June. How much raise I can expect for level 10 from 11?
What do you guys think shall I leave Accenture at this place atleast shall I put resignation and join Infosys?

Leave Accenture and join Infosys. Accenture will not even match the package. As you might be knowing there are less promotions in mid year, your manager might put a sad face and say I tried my best to get you promoted, management didn't agree. This is a common drama in Accenture.

I’m pretty sure accenture won’t give you 50%. Max 35% from level 11 to level 10.

No they won't

hr n your manager/dal with discuss if they consider you a productive resource, but discussing with accenture team with offer in hand will allow you to exact a bit extra but as far as i know that would also not going to be satisfactory. Their company policy don’t allow to offer hike more than 20% at a promotion and after a vast & vast discussion you might take 30%

If you can negotiate with TCS, go that. Infosys is also good and leave accenture as early as you can.
waiting for the appraisal from accenture .. you will have 20% hike as per the recent updates from management people.
and you should take offer letter in hand to negotiate better with accenture ..if this worked out then you can spend 3-4 months here and get another job at best package.

negotiation part on notice serving period, i have hardly seen for a week if your team lead allows you.
I would also like to know at which career level you are at accenture

they just can’t stop you to leave organisation but surely on the discussion part they will try best to delay it. they unnecessary waste the time of colleagues.
I have seen people leaving organisation and extracting offer with 100% hike whosoever leaving accenture, no matter at what career level they are.
you negotiated for 50%, keeping the hr tactics of accenture in mind and current market structure of salary, i suggest to look for more hike ..try to close it with 65 atleast .. negotiate again with them YOU WILL GONNA GET IT ..ALL THE BEST

i was in tcs. its really a great company but buddy keep one thing in mind. every year hike is really low. max 10% avg is 6-7%. i would suggest now you are in 20s so go for a midsize company. you will learn a lot and then your 30-40s switch to giant service based company

Don't wait for promotion, ask them package right now

Staying in Accenture won't guarantee your promotion regardless of the promises made. But then again your alternative is Infosys, it's a good move if the hike is significant but make sure you have a good base package and project lined up in Infosys.
Better to get another offer somewhere else on top of your current one.

Checklist before leaving Accenture? What all things docs I should collect?

Not much, you get an external email id to access your financial records from Accenture. But for starters the experience letter, salary slip and any recommendations/hike /promotion letters would be good. You can find it on rewards.accenture site

Get the claim in email , or some kind of proof , otherwise jump ship. This one already sinking.....
