Trending @Accenture; Shadow roll off

I recently received shadow hardlock mail and then received shadow roll off mail. Now I am confused. What does it mean -

1. I'm being rolled off from project
2. It is transition between shadow hardlock to hardlock

Or should I reach out to manager or PA(people advisor)
