I have completed my training 1 week before. And received an email of Shadow Hard Locked. What does it exactly mean?

Hard lock is usually confirmation that you are internally selected for a project post interview. In this scenario, you won't be attending any now interviews for other projects. Not sure what shadow means.

shadow means that you are on trial basis for now and they can remove you from the project and put you on bench if they didn’t like your work, then after your shadow ends you’ll be permanent in the project for at least 1yr if they liked your work.
