I joined Accenture in May 2024 with 2.5+ YOE, I got 5.25% VP in both payouts, But hikes are still not visible on the reward portal . Does it mean I didn't get any hike this year. I am a loaned resource and I am not directly reporting to anyone from my team, it is a separate team they have given me positive feedback and also recognion points but they can't give me a hike directly, it has to come from my original team, this is what I got to know.
My PL is on long leave. I have submitted my ABCD but no feedback from PL.
This situation is really frustrating. I am working but no visibility or reward, what I can do in this situation. Nothing on the reward portal does it mean there won't be any hike this year??
You should have changed the pl, you are now a person who neither teams want to give anything. As with whom you're working are not liable for you and the main team won't make your case.
