Trending @Accenture; Sep promotion will get a Dec hike ?
I got promoted in the Sep cycle but with just a 13% hike, is this good hike for promotion because my expectation was, on promotion resources usually gets a 20-30% hike. And am I eligible for a hike in the Dec cycle to match/cover the market gap on my promotion ?
In December you won’t be getting any further hikes. 13% hike is the default hike which ppl got. In June/March Cycle, and as per management 1 hike per year only we would be getting. Earlier if you got promoted in June Cycle/September cycle, you again used to get one more hike again in December, but now those days are gone.
I am in Accenture for more than 3 years now and got just a 5% hike once and now 13% hike on promotion... Am I the only one here who received such an imbalanced hike...? I feel like I am stuck here ...
