I am an advanced app engineering analyst, The current salary is 57k. What will be my salary if I am promoted to senior analyst.

Also is there any way to get promoted early based on exceptionally good performance?

In current market, Accenture is giving hike at this level of 12-15% Max, yes you can get promotion early, but it's not just on performance but various other factors like how the project is doing, how important you're to the project, how you're in good books of management, etc
