Trending @Accenture; Seeking project allocation

I have been on bench for the last one month, am not getting any calls. I have 3.5 yrs exp, and my primary skill is java but my work experience is related to support(SRE Monitoring). I am hardly getting two or three calls but they are asking for hands on experience. Even though I say I have hands on experience they are asking too many stuff spring boot, microservices, apis. I can only manage java and spring boot(theoretically), am confused how to proceed further and get into the project.
