Hello Accenture Community, how are you doing?
I wanted to reach out and seek some advice regarding my current situation. So I've been on bench for about a month now and am actively looking to join a project in XYZ technology. Although my primary training is in ABC technology, I've added relevant skills to my Workday profile and have successfully achieved a P2 competency level in XYZ technology.
The thing is, as a fresher at Level 12, I'm currently unable to apply for projects directly through MyScheduling or Jobs Gateway. However, I've noticed several projects in Jobs Gateway that show an 85% match with my profile in XYZ technology.
Given my situation, would it be appropriate for me to reach out (on teams) directly to the project POCs listed in Jobs Gateway to express my interest and availability? Any advice or suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou.

Have you put your XYZ technology as your primary skill. If not please add that. Most of the projects get ASEs at this time. So when they are looking for the candidates you will be visible to them.
I've put it as a secondary skill. I think I'll need an approval from my manager to change my already assigned primary skill to XYZ.
