Hey I am new to Accenture. I got my P3 in secondary skill assessment only in my competancy. But have P1 for primary skill. So I have been asked to swap my secondary into primary. When I raised for skill swap in portal it's showing as pending for manager approval. But I my people lead is saying she haven't received any email. Can someone help me out on the process?

That manager for the skill swap is not our people lead. Wait for 1-2 days, the respective manager will approve it and you'll get the mail once the skill swap is completed.
