Hello everyone, I'm having 2.5 years of experience in SAP TM as Functional Consultant and currently trying to switch the organisation. I'm a little confused about a question which is getting asked like what is your expected CTC.? My current CTC is 6 LPA considering VP. Can you guys please suggest the range of CTC I can expect and ask for.?

Listen, my friend, in this world, you don't get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate. Your 2.5 years in SAP TM? Worthless if you can't sell it. You're earning 6 LPA now? Child's play. You should be demanding double, triple that. But remember, "Mehnat karne wale ki kabhi haar nahi hoti." (A hard worker never loses.) So, are you ready to fight for what you're worth?
