Hey all.. I am going to get a new team in my current project. It is an AMS team.. Can any one tell which type of work happens in the AMS team? Whether it is good for learning and future growths?! And AD or AMS which one would be better Please help as today I need to tell my manager about my views..
AMS roles are support and maintenance oriented depending on the project you’re in. An AMS role is a great opportunity for learning provided if you have an active/changing work brief on the daily/weekly. Post experience in AMS, it’s better to move to an AD role as Learning opportunities double and are focused on enhancements, again based on project specific needs. Good luck!
