Trending @Accenture; SAP ABAP No projects for freshers
Hi everyone, I joined Accenture a year ago as a fresher in SAP ABAP. It’s been a great learning journey so far during training, but unfortunately, I’m still waiting to be allocated to a project.
What’s concerning is that even when SAP ABAP projects do come up, they often require experienced resources — which leaves freshers like us with limited opportunities to gain real-time project exposure.
Just wondering if others are facing the same challenge. What should freshers do in such situations to stay productive and be considered for projects? Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
Just a suggestion it might work might not. Go to your office and do some networking, ask people who are seniors or know things. Talk to people this should help generally. People will take risk on you once they know you
