Trending @Accenture; Salesforce vs Java/Python ( Freshers dilemma)
I recently joined an MNC as a Salesforce Developer and have around 9 months of experience. While I like working in Salesforce, I feel that career growth and salary hikes in this field mostly come with more years of experience. Right now, I don’t see many openings for Salesforce developers at my level, which makes me uncertain about future opportunities. On the other hand, I see that Java/Python has a lot of demand in the market, and switching to Java/Python development might offer more openings and better pay after 1–2 years of experience. Additionally, my uncle has offered to help me get placed in a well-reputed company if I learn Python. With all this in mind, I’m confused about whether to continue in Salesforce and build deep expertise, or shift to Java/Python for broader opportunities. I’d really appreciate advice from experienced professionals on what would be the right path considering the current market and long-term career growth.

Half of the industry runs on Java and Python. Specially Java. Go for it

Python any day
