I had received a voucher from accenture 2 years back but I could not give exam due to technical issues . Biometric issue

Now If I want to appear the test Will it be considered first attempt or retake Also with the accenture link where we apply for voucherthey are asking to mark the previous exam as pass or fail I am clueless on what to do Please help
