Hi guys does anyone know how is bench condition for salesforce projects? In current project they put in L1 support while onboarding they said it's is dev-support L3, don't know if they will provide roll off.
SF Dev has almost zero bench, other than some cases of PIP or people who don’t want to work in certain projects and ask for self roll offs etc
Thing is when I was soft lock I got 2 projects for sf dev but current project said they will give me dev only and hardlocked now in L1/l2 it's frustrating now bcoz then I had offers also

Bench situations can be tricky. Keep networking, use internal job portals, and upskill yourself. Market demand fluctuates, but staying proactive will help you find a suitable project eventually.
