I am working as a team lead from 4 years in same role. I am getting only variable pay with no change in fixed pay from December 2022. I have total 13 year experience with 21 as fixed . What is the range for this team lead role why they are giving only variable pay any idea on it?

TL in my project are mostly getting below 20 fixed but nobody is having 10+ YOE as well

21 lpa 4 years ago, is a fair amount as per ACN
Pay depends on tech stack, importance of yours etc. According to Accenture you're at good level so no increment
