Trending @Accenture; Salary Hike if I switch

I am currently working in Accenture since 1 and 1/2 half year in level 12 and have project experience of almost 1 year in Salesforce as a junior developer.

My current base pay is 6 lpa, how much can I expect if I switch now and is it recommended for me to switch now or work for another 6 months and then switch job.

How much can I expect and how to get more pay in my first switch? Any suggestions please.

You can get a hike of 100% with 2+ yrs of experience

Is it a myth that I can go from 6lpa to 15lpa directly in first switch or is it really possible, but how??

if you want more hike , go for product base companies, if you go for MNCs expect max 30% hike. For MNCs, at least have 2 years of experience for better hike

It’s better you switch after 6 months because generally companies look for people of min 2 years of experience and it also gives you more understanding on the things if you stay for min 2 years at a company.

You're getting 6lpa as CL12? I'm sitting here with 3LPA with the same experience. But yea try switching to product based companies. Even I started applying and applied to over 100+ companies. Again no one is ready to take people without experience. Even in the Entry level role they are asking a minimum 3 years. So start applying.
