Trending @Accenture; Salary hike after PIP
I was given PIP in December second week and my manager told me not to worry as the entire process is a formality and my future is safe in this project as long as he is present. It sounded weird to be honest but PIP was very smooth for me and they gave me obtainable tasks and helped me all along.
Now things are going fine in my project, i know i am not up for promotions this year. can I expect hike/bonus this year?
On what bases the tasks are assigned if we tagged to pip
This is true , I m in PIP now , and it's actually for the escalation I got from last Nov 2023- April 2024 . After that I dint get any escalation. But HR has questioned that I have got escalation in 3 Quarters out of 4 quarters in last year . So for a formality I m in PIP now . My manager has told me that I m in safe hands only and I m put in review , given do able tasks only . And they are reviewing my work each week for a span of 4 weeks . At the end , I ll b having a call with HR and they ll close it . My manager asked me to be very careful and not make any mistakes or escalation during this review . I was worried as everyone keeps telling that we ll asked to resign or terminate after PIP . This is the only positive post I m seeing .

See, if you get negative answers in comments then it will again bother you and de motivate you on doing ur work. Wait and watch is the perfect thing I can say now.
I m not sure but I have read somewhere that after pip there is no bonus for current year
