I am a ase ,will complete 1 year on 24 July.will there be any increase in salary after 1 year example 4,5k increase or will it be same and it will depend on Dec cycle like that

It won't be 4 or 5k increase, but in dec cycle your base pay will increase by 11%, your salary will get increased by around 3 to 3.5k
