Since my last compensation adjustment in September 2022, I have transitioned to sub-level 11.1 in June 2023 without a corresponding salary increase. As I approach my one-year mark in this role in June 2024, I am anticipating a salary revision. I am seeking clarity on whether i can expect a salary hike or promotion during the upcoming June appraisal cycle.
