Trending @Accenture; Salary Hike

I am currently working in Accenture since 1 and 1/2 half year in level 12 and have project experience of almost 1 year in Salesforce as a junior developer.

My current base pay is 6 lpa, how much can I expect if I switch now and is it recommended for me to switch now or work for another 6 months and then switch.

How much pay can I expect and how to get more pay in my first switch? Any suggestions please.
