Trending @Accenture; Salary Hike
Hi guys... I'm with Accenture for almost 9 months.. Now I got salary increment of just 800. And I think my level is 13.2.. is this 800 is all I can get as hike after being with Accenture for more then 9 months?
Level 13 is the very starting level. When you get promoted to level 12, you will get a good increment.
Since it is only 9 months of experience, you can discuss with your manager what is the minimum experience you should have in order to get promoted to level 12. Based upon it, you can decide if you should leave or wait for the promotion.
If the promotion time is near, I believe it is better to stay, get a good raise, and then switch for better growth.

I understand why everyone is telling you to switch, but I would suggest if you have completed 9 months, and you are not the only one earning in your family, complete your year, ask for a mid year review and see if it is possible to move to level 12. Reason being, Accenture experience adds value to your resume, so make sure you have significant amount of it. If you are just starting out, request for a better pay in current profile instead of switching this early. Earn some experience and then ask for money.
I agree with this @NearMinion8 CL 13 is the entry level and you getting a hike of 800 rupees is what usually every CL 13 will get.
Either you can switch job or you'll get an increment when you get promoted to CL 12
I think it is some kind of allowance or miscellaneous amount to match with your actual ctc. Please check payslip clearly
