I had joined with 2.8 years of experience and they offered 8.5 fixed + 1.75 variable (which you will never get I got around 90k out that) Im at 4yrs+ still same package as we didn’t have hike last year, hoping to get something in june

Accenture is not planning any Hikes this year either. Only very necessary hikes/promotions are given to retain resources
