Hi All. I am working in Accenture, and have around 3 years experience. My current position is senior Analyst with 8.5 lpa. I am planning on switching company as a spring boot developer , but I am not experienced with spring boot as in the project I was working mainly on java like just coding with java and a bit of spring framework. So what should be my salary expectation ?

Learn spring boot and regarding salary take first offer offer of min 20 - 30% hike on CCTC. Based on that try to get counter offers. Ideally you should expect between 12-16 lpa.
