Trending @Accenture; Salary expect ions for 6 YOE

Been in this org for 4 Approx and 2 yoe previous in product based company . I’m currently stuck with my hike and payscale and always got betrayed from our leadership in Accenture when it comes to promotions/hike. Please suggest what should be the correct value of resources which good knowledge and skilled folks .
