I am at CL 11 and in hand is 50k I am having family responsiblity also cant take risk of losing job I am a bread earner for my family. With these conditions if i am planning to switch it is getting hard due to 90 days NP. and I am losing my interst in technology and started looking at it with survival option. I think this is why In india there is no innovations bcz we are just struggling with finance problems. we are just running behind money we have no motivation for work other than money.
Don't tell them you have 90 days np. Tell them you will get the release in max 30 days. Tell them that the sooner they process your candidature the sooner you can join. Here the key is lying.
Once you are selected, then say that they are extending your stay for a very important delivery and request them to extend your joining a bit.
The art of getting a job contains lying. You will feel awkward about it because you are not very familiar to this, but the HR sitting next to you will play you the first chance she gets. So don't hesitate. Give it a try, ofcourse it won't cost your life. And also, DO NOT DROP YOUR PAPER UNTIL YOUR JOINING IS CONFIRMED. Don't get upset. Just keep trying.

i’m also CL 11 getting paid the same.. no hike since i joined in 2021.. it’s a joke
But isnt it high time they change ctc according to market standards !
