Trending @Accenture; Salary and RTO consequences action
I got 1st mail from rto consequence mail and my manager said if you get mail 2 times ,then you will get termination letter soon,what happens about the salary if we get terminated? I mean do they do proper FNF in coming month itself or they take 2 months of time. Also, I git promoted as well and my hike is going to get applied with december salary so will they apply that hike and then terminate. Anyone has any idea? M very worried

No one can do nothing on the RTO, if it has any intention actions they will pay 3.5 months of your salary along with leave encashment too.
Then why don’t you go to office. Start going to office and nothing will happen. And what does the mail say?
Lolz,,,definitely rhere is some condition that is why m not going..,,I have a small kid,,my shift starts at 6am,,,,then I am hypertensive,,get anxiety attacks and I am lead in my project have lot responsibilities on me from project perspective...getting up at 4,,,non stop meeting s from 6 tp 10,,then go offc then come home ,,take care f kid and work as well ,,,it impacts me,,,the 2 days that I go,,,my heartbeat and BP spikes....basically its really tough
How many weeks rto u left to get the mail??
