Anywhere between 12-20L with some exceptions

I believe that's pay for lateral entry. For the rest it's below 10 :(

Seems everyone is underpaid - level 10 is generally 4+ years of experience which should fetch around 20lpa, depending on factors like current tech stack, current compensation, %hike from last org, salary at beginning of career. So say if someone started only at 6-8lpa, and gave many interviews during COVID times - could have got 30lpa+ comfortably. Have some friends at 40lpa even with 5YOE(Switched 2 times during COVID)
