I have overall more than 5 years of experience. Am I underpaid?
We are aware of Accenture's hike practice. There can be years when someone can be identified for hikes but others won't. It also depends from process to process. Was there a sublevel movement ever since you became lvl 10? Accenture is one company which can let years go without hike for some processes and there would be no noise about it. We saw last year in December. It won't happen with TCS , Infosys and the likes. So your process, your skill set for process(tech vs non-tech) play a role in Accenture.
Whatever be the reason, it's unfair for the people who possess the right skillset, are reasonably performing and getting good feedback from the clients as well as the internal team, yet they are devoid of fair hikes and incentives in the name of 'internal policies'.
4.3 LPA with 6 years experience
Dont worry almost 8 years in Accenture with the same package u mentioned in ATCI
