I was unable to attend office for past 2 weeks because of my health condition. will this cause any issue or it will cause any impact on my probation. if anyone know about this please help me. Thanks.

What does that email consist of ? Just attendance marked or any custom info rather than auto generated mail

I also couldn't go for 2 weeks almost every month. I got zero hikes in the last cycle. I think this is the worst they can do. My manager only requests me to comply with RTO but no termination warning as such.
