For those who are not yet started going to office like me , i am just sharing the updates which i got so that you can plan ahead
I havent gone to office till today , was getting attendance mail and all . Ignored all those But i spoke to manager regarding my concenrs . Since i dont have any team from Acce India he was ok to continue wfh till organization pushes hard.
I have raised exception request as per his suggestion which got rejected by HR. Yesterday i got a non compliance mail which is asking me to report to base loc in 3 days . When i checked with him he suggested me to report to nearest location atleast once in a month since Accenture is taking it very serious way is wat he told to me .
So those who havent started yet like me , plan your office visit since there may be some actions taken in future is what i understud from his words ..since he is a cool manager and trying to support me in all the way he can , but organization is pushing He also dont have a say ..
I am ok to report to nearest location and i have few queries
- If i report to nearest location will that swipe be recorded ?
- As per my manager he suggested to report once in a month , will that be fine ?

Any facility in your base location would do. For Ex: My base location is Hyderabad - HDC4, but I go to HDC2, It is being tracked. But if I swipe in from a Bangalore facility, it won’t be tracked.
You have to change your base location to your near by location.
I am visiting my nearest location and my attendance is getting marked, and till now i have not received any such warnings from HR, soo i suggest you to visit your nearest office location.
May be un future they will notice this and push me to visit my base location, but until then, i will use nearest location..!

It needs to be once a week.
Any defference from policy & non compliance means action. HR doesn't give 2 cents on who is critical ,who is not.
Better change location to one which is nearest to you.
Nearest loc swipe will be considered..and attendance will be marked as present..
In my team...Chennai loc person is visiting hyd office..and attendance is also making as present..
Any one raised issues from your project or your project is tracking the RTO
Best to attend twice a month, in mid of month cover two weeks, friday and monday
No idea about if you can work from different city. But reporting once a week is mandatory. If you check the attendance report they are raising concern If you are missing to attend the office any one week also.
For the first one yes . Second one even if we miss a week we got that we are flagged for further something office presence . So maybe..
