Yesterday someone posted like we are in non compliance then counselling email then 2 warning then termination.

Do any one have details on it , because everyone haven't received this type of detailing May be people lead or HR have.

We saw some exclusion points like exception approval, April new joinees, notice/exit

Do any one have all exclusion criteria
