My leads are well settled and staying in Bangalore, they visit office once a month, sometimes they visit once in 2 months but our project leadership asked me ( SSE & SE level ) to come to office and we had join a video call and show where we are working from and attendance was also maintained
I dont belong to Bangalore and ive to pay for rent, food and travel expenses just to visit office, and no hike or no recognition for work done.
This kind of useless policy make us feel demotivated and loose interest in work.
Fully Understand, push for WFH

Stop going to the office until they provide a good hike!
