Trending @Accenture; RTO During Notice Period?
Hey folks, Quick question - I’m currently serving my notice period. Do I still need to follow Accenture’s RTO (Return to Office) guidelines during this time? I reached out to HR and they said the guidelines apply to all employees, but I’m still a bit confused. Anyone on NP?
No it’s not required, I am also serving notice period and I have asked my team lead is it required , he simply said service the notice period and leave…
Seriously I hate this HR..
I asked my PL, he says ideally I should be going to office atleast once a week till LWD
i had stopped going to office after putting resignation, reason: low salary no hike no promotion and work that is above my paygrade, unable to afford living in city with such meagre salary so i have resigned, either give me early release or be okay with me not coming to office, after all ive already put resignation.
