Trending @Accenture; RTO compliance mail
Anybody received the RTO compliance mail? Any lead has any idea what that means? Us it correct from what I understood that we need to move out from our base location to wherever the project location is(there is no such thing as project location, it's just where the lead is it will be project tagged Location I feel)? Can any lead or someone enlighten me about this issue? Bcz it's not possible to sustain in other location with this low salary.
You don't need to relocate to another city or state it is just a mass gathering of all the project people to the same facility or building where all the team members are sitting
So it means i don't need to relocate? Only the people working in the same location for say bangalore, they all need to come together, is it what you are saying?
Hahah bro u clearly have not read mail properly. it say THE FACILITY WHICH IS NOT YOUR PROJECT FACILITY WILL BE DISABLED. AND PMO WILL DO CORRECTIVE ACTION TO CHANGE YOUR FACILITU IF YOU ARE TAGGED TO FACILITY WHICH IS NOT YOUR PROJECT FACILITY. Read it again. It means your base location will be changed to what "Project facilities" which will be no more than 2-3. For ex- if u r in gurgaon, you project finalised the facility for project as Blr, chennai, hyd. Then your card access will be blocked for ggn, and PMO will do transfer to either one of 3 project facility.
