I am receiving a cross mark in the attendance in mapped / designated facility section . Why is it so?even after reporting to the base locarion as per the record ?

I do report in the same facility as my assigned location

Also base location is a city and it has multiple facility. You need to report not only to base location but to assigned facility.

Base location will be written in mail where it shows cross mark.
