I did not visit the office for the last 8 months I have exception tool approval for 90days only. I have a serious health issue that's why not visited the office. I recieved RTO Compliance 1 mail , do I need to worry about this.

What was the compliance mail that you received was about? Was it a warning mail?

It's like RTO compliance 1 or 2 nothing like warning mail

Your leads also won't be able to help you if HR wants you out. And if your exception has expired it's completely on HRs discretion.

I already informed HR that my exception tool has expired and I am not able to apply it again as it's only for 90 days then she told send me your medical documents I send her all details but she didn't reply
