Anyone aware that any action Accenture is taking if still we are not following WFO once a week? Although i had an exception raised till july last.. Would it create any problem if i still don't go office due to a family member's health problem.

At first emails three warnings
Then any action can be taken termination too or no hike or no bonus nothing no one knows

WFH or WFO it depends on your project and clients. So if client want you to come to office, you must come.

Yes they are preferring once a week, but i am having serious family health problems.. I had exception raised previously.. Thinking if they will approve my exception again atleast for 1 month.

Think before Covid we managed home and wfo, same way now also we should do. Every project has it's own challenge to approve wfh hence once a week you plan yourself.
