This is another way to either layoff people who will not comply to come to the office at the designated locations or make people drop their papers by themselves.
They just want people to resign instead of layoffs , also on hike vp they will disappoint us, such cruel politics leadership playing ,
Today many people were already talking about self resignation. Not sure how many will be laid off silently just because they have personal issues.
True but there are some set of rules that need to be obeyed if you have issues you need to work your plan accordingly..
Why this is a big deal ,other companies also following 3 days in a week so by not following and giving resignation for this what someone will achieve ?
This is likely a project specific guideline and does not apply to entire Accenture
Its old Mail initially we come 2 days but not mandatory
People are used to WFH now. And to be honest more work is done from home. Transit takes up too much time!!! If they are okay with less work done, I have no issue going to office 😂
