Trending @Accenture; Rolled off from current project . Will it affect my Appraisal

Hi , i joined accenture back in dec 2023 and now i am getting rolled off my current project and i got hardlocked into new . Will this affect my appraisal as in may-june cycle i was expecting it but now they have suddenly rolled me off . I doubt they are saving themselves from giving me appraisal (just a thought) otherwise I was performing good here .
