Trending @Accenture; Roll off suggestion

Hii all, I was locked in a CIO project where i was told that i might get training in order to work on a project. The project is based on an angular tech stack(angular, node, serverless backend (GCP)), but I have my primary skill as ONLY react js.

Now, I'm facing difficulties in understanding the codebase, the architecture of the backend, etc. I'm not understanding anything.

When i asked my manager for cross skill training he is not responding to it.

What can i do in this case? If i can ask for a roll off will i get rolled off?

NOTE: This is my first project, I'm a fresher.

I would suggest you to stay and learn.. generally in CIO projects you will have a good learning curve as well as good WLB

They won't fire me right if i take time to solve any problems, assignments assigned to me? Will there be any escalations for this??!

It's better to stay and learn because as you're fresher...if you try to roll off from project... They might give negative feedback and would impact on future projects later internally.... And I can understand how painful it is... Even me being RPA support role for telecomm client is like pain in ass actually.... No one gave us training or cared to give us cross skill training as project is entirely different from whatever we had learnt from training after new joinee....

Exactly!! First a different training, then project on tech stack you don't even understand 🤷🏻‍♂️

Bro 😎 seniors didn't made easy to understand code or gave any system design so they can't be fired and it's now difficult for us to understand the codebase and make changes
