Is it possible to roll off a resource on ML since I have received that email. I am on ML till 30 Nov and will be joining back on 1 Dec. But I received an email mentioning my role off from project has been scheduled for 30 Nov( last day of my ML).

This is Ideally not done, better loop in your HR and enquire from your PL about the same. even if they are releasing they should be searching a project for you. I hope you went into ML properly like informing the project prior about your upcoming ML and handing the tasks etc.

Thanks for the input, checked with PL and HR. Turned out, it was a scheduled roll off which was given at the time of onboarding in the project, now it has been extended.
