Trending @Accenture; Roll off from project

Hi guys,

This is my second project in Accenture(Role : analyst) . I was developer in my first project, worrying about bench I accepted a support role in different domain which I had to learn from scratch and it’s been 6 months but I am not happy with the work I do. I do every task assigned to me on time without any mistakes but leads are not happy with the work I do and constantly scolding, pressurising me telling I am not upto the mark. Recently from one of my colleague I got to know that team lead had a call with her and told that I am not upto the mark and they are planning to roll me off and add me to PIP(they are not sure whether they can do it, if not they are planning to release me in Dec adding me to the PIP). After listening to this I feel I am wasting my time here.

I badly want to get rolled off from my current project as it’s effecting my mental health. Please provide me some suggestions to ask for roll off from this project.
