Do less work, make yourself free more, keep working on simple task more hours. These things will help you kicked out... or tell the project management to release you..not your management.

Roll off doesn’t work until your manager agrees to release you and moreover even if you reach out to PMO then they will also connect with manager so don’t take much risks . Just stay until roll off date ends and ask for release saying that you do have other career aspirations which does not fulfil in your current .
