My project people put me in pip even before starting kt sessions and there is no learning in that project also there is no proper tech stack and 0 coding it is a data migration project with stupid ass tech stack

If you're put in PIP then just clear it and get rolled off this is the worst they can do anyways

I cleared it in october but I am not sure they will give me roll of or not. I am feeling very demotivated. No hike no bonus no shift allowance ( everyone is getting except me)

No upper or lower limit. People used to fight and even leave the company but roll off is hard. In some projects you get relatively easier. People also stop working to tet toll off
