Hey can anyone help. I have received email from client for the roll off and I even received a email that says my access is removed completely. But hr is still delaying the process of bench and on call manager said ignore the email but he didn’t acknowledged it on the email. It’s been three days he us working but acknowledging the email. I mean I am not understanding wtf is going on why they are asking to ignore such a high importance email and giving me run around. Can anyone help me what I can do. Coz I am tired of these politics.😔

Sounds frustrating. Keep a record of everything and maybe escalate to someone higher up if it continues.

Hr is still saying she asking for clarification. I mean I don’t understand what she is clarifying when client has already sent official email. Plus neither hr nor manager is acknowledging it on email😖😖. Sick management.

They might be trying to extend your roll off date that's why they asked you to ignore. Don't worry. Just do one thing... Forward your last rolloff reminder mail to your manager and write in the mail that you are receiving reminder mails, kindly suggest what needs to be done. And leave it over his head.

This is because they might be putting you to some other role in any other project. Which they are processing internally. They don't want to put you on bench as by that you will receive interview calls from other projects as well. Make sure that you are receiving a proper charge code.

No here they put us on bench then we get aligned for interviews. Which they are not doing and I am sitting on loa . Even if they are delaying they can respond on email. Acknowledge it. I am tired of these politics. It’s been more than 2 months.
