How to get roll off from project I have been recently added to project which I realise there is no dev please let me know how to get roll off ?

Talk to your manager directly and explain your situation. If that doesn't work, escalate to a senior manager. Be prepared for a notice period and look for other projects internally.

But the thing is they are saying its dev support only what else u want.... Internally how can I apply as I am already tagged to project
