Hi, Can anyone please suggest how to ask roll off in a professional manner if I am not finding any value or growth in the type of work I am doing? As I can't directly mention this while asking for roll off,what can be some alternative way of asking for roll off?
Thats exactly what you need to mention. After working many years in the IT industry I have learnt it hard way. You must be blunt and straightforward and tell that you dont see value in current project for your career. You must show that you respect yourself and your career first and are not putting everything aside and working like a slave. You will be treated the way you let people treat you. So just say you want roll off and want to work on better projects. If they are not rolling off better look outside Accenture.
